5 min. Pudding directions:2 cups Cold milk.Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Pudding will be soft-set in 5 min. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.Note: Pudding will not set if made with soy milk.Mini Pudding Pops:Makes 14 servings.Prepare pudding as directed.Spoon into 28 sections of ice cube trays sprayed with cooking spray.Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into center of each section.Freeze 2 hours or until firm. I use this to make dessert with layer of chocolate cake, layer of vanilla pudding, layer of cherry pie filling topped with whipped topping and chopped walnuts. This pudding sets up good and stays together for 5 days.
