Instructions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Definitely a top knotch tooth paste
The sensodyne rapid relief toothpaste is probably my favorite toothpaste that I've ever used. The rapid relief definitely does help with any irritability that I do have when my teeth are feeling sensitive. It doesn't have any type of gritty texture and it definitely leaves my breath feeling fresh. It's doesn't foam like other toothpastes I have used which is a big plus for me.

Taste and works great
I have used this toothpaste for a couple of months now, and I love it. It foams up really well and has a great minty taste that's not too strong. I have noticed there's less cold/heat sensitivity since using it as well.
