great TV, bad shipping service
the TV is great, looks very good and works well. was kind of tricky to attach fo the wall mount, but that's probably the same issue with all TV's. And the power cord is short so had to buy an extension cord. My only dissatisfaction is with the shipping process - the dates kept changing,moving a week ahead and then back, and after mysterious email about it being shipped by a 3rd party I never heard of, it appeared on our doorstep and left there for over 2 hours, on a very very hot day, and despite it clearly saying it needs to be signed for and the fact that my husband was home, they did not ring the bell or knock on the door, just left it there for everyone to see and take, an almost $1000 TV, just calling for someone to steal. NOT ok.

I bought this unit after reading some reviews at this particular model (Hisense 75U7K). Have to admit it exceed my expectations! It was a replacement for similar (in size - 65") bud older Samsung TV and it beat it by all means - picture quality, colors, contrast, viewing angles, etc. Strongly recommend it.

If you're looking for a basic large 4k TV, this may not be the cheapest option. If you are looking for more than just the basics and appreciate high refresh rates, HDR capability and above average sound quality, this may very well be the best TV for you.
