The nonstick interior helps with smooth food release for easy serving. Safe to use on all stovetops, the wide, flat base supports the shallow shape of the pan to circulate heat and faciliate evaporation. With riveted stainless steel handles, this cookware is a convenient choice to bring the dish from the stovetop to the table to share and feed 2 to 3 guests. Hand wash only.
