The Alpha Medical Osteoarthritis Night Time Knee Pad / Side Sleeper Pad is made with a soft, breathable elastic sleeve that has a 1 1/2 inch thick pad sewn into the inside of it. The pad is specially cut to fit gently between the knees and provide cushioning for aching knees. Size Guide: Measure around the leg 5.5 inches above the center of the knee cap.

Small: 13.5"-16"
Medium: 16.5"-18.5"

X-Large: 23"-26"

Application Instructions: Pull the Side Sleep Knee Pad up the leg hat is most often on the top when you sleep. Align the pad so it is facing up on the inside of the knee. Place the center of the pad over the center of the knee joint.

Care Instructions: The Side Sleep Knee Pad can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Side Sleep Knee Pad flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Side Sleep Knee Pad.
