I have been taking Osteoporosis Bi-flex for over a year. Prior to that walking was difficult due to constant knee pain. Within a week I noticed the difference, I walk anywhere from a mile to 3 miles on my daily walk. I encounter a few steep hills along the way. Walking is a joy again

I heard a lot of positives about this product, but I wasn't sure it would really help. I have very advanced arthritis in my knees which is painful. I am past the point of a partial knee replacement but every doctor I have seen so far tells me I'm too young for knee replacement surgery. I 'thought' I felt some relief, not pain free or anything to say the least; however, roughly two weeks into taking the product and I feel like I can move a little better.
