This bacon has great flavor and cooks up nice and crunchy just like I want it. It's been hard for me to find a good bacon that will crunch up and not be too chewy. If you are looking for chewy, fatty bacon this isn't for you. If you are looking for medium thin, crunchy, crispy, deliciously tasting bacon this is for you!!!!

Yummy and in my opinion the best bacon available. Fries up nicely and no fear of it not being fully cooked. Great with baked beans because you can cut with scissors prior to cooking and fries up ready to go in ban. Love the taste. Not full of unwanted fat.
