Orly Breathable Nail Polish Treatment + Color in Rehab is a one-step application. Simply prep properly and apply two coats to quickly and easily build healthier and stronger fingernails. The unique formula prevents chipping and peeling without the need for a base or topcoat. Rehab is a light, neutral color that makes a subtle statement. Orly nail polish comes in a 0.6 fl oz bottle. It is 13-free. This means it does not contain the 13 most common toxic chemicals found in nail products. Based on a test panel of 500 women, 99-percent experienced healthier fingernails from using Treatment + Color. The long lasting nail polish includes Argan Oil, Pro-vitamin B5, and vitamin C.
