It came filled to the brim with plenty of buckwheat, so much I had to empty some of it out since I like it a little softer and having it filled all the way may it too hard for me. I love it. And its nice quality. I am so glad I found this seller! I have a had one before so I knew what to expect. For those who have never had one it does take some time to get used to, dont give up on it too easily. And play with the amounts of buckwheat you have inside. I am older now so I pair to with a softer memory foam pillow that lost most of its oomph to have a little more cushion to it. The two conmbined is dreamy. Buckwhaet keeps my head and neck positioned properly.
