Orijen Six Fish Biologically Appropriate Fresh Fish & Sea Vegetables Dry Cat Food, 4 lb

It is extremely difficult to find carbohydrate analysis for cat foods and after deep diving into many hours of research I was able to identify Orijen Six Fish variety as one of the lowest carb options with high quality protein. I have two diabetic cats and 2 healthy cats, so dry food grazing is essential because they're all too tricky to feed individually - fomo and pickiness abound. For the past 3 years all my cats have been on this dry food and another brand wet food at approximately 50% each for their diets. With very low insulin regimens my diabetic cats have had their blood sugar extremely well managed and my vet has even commented that the dry food I'm using seems to be keeping them all extremely well balanced. I won't be changing anytime soon and I hope Orijen continues to provide the comprehensive nutrition analysis that allows pet owners to identify options for all their cats' needs!

My cat is FIV positive. He's not supposed to eat raw food. I'm feeding him Orijen which has the first 6 ingredients listed as “raw”. After looking it up online and AI it says safe for cats that can't eat raw food. It basically is cooked with just a spray of raw ingredients. Just checking to make sure it's safe for him to eat. It's the only food I've found that he likes, and will eat. Please advise. Thanks. Pam Hipsley
