Exceptional supplement. My feet were a dull numb before taking product. I would have pain (feeling like 100 small needles were sticking me in my feet when I went to bed. After taking these for one month, my feet were less numb and the pain at night was completely gone. Recently, this has been out of stock. I hope it returns.

I have permanent sciatica, many spinal problems, and developed terrible peripheral nerve pain. Nerve Shield stops my peripheral nerve pain without any side effects, as is likely with prescription drugs. I have a huge problem finding anything that I need that doesn't upset my stomach, and this doesn't! I tried another brand, and it hurt my stomach really bad. I'll stick with this, I highly recommend.
