excellent room heating

I have a home on pillars and the floors do get a little chilly on the north side. I have a gas-fired central heat home system and this heater makes an excellent addition for the north wall. It is quiet and works as efficiently as promised. Depending on the room size, it does takes a little while to reach its desired/set temperature, but when it does, it controls it very well.

The heater is light weight with handles to carry easily from room to room. It is silent as described and the heat warms up a room 20 by 18 within 10 minutes or less. Definitely worth the buy and I have ordered one for a relative. If quietness and power is what your looking for then this is the heater for you.

Good performance, good price

I specifically wanted a "baseboard type" heater for an area approximately 20X14 in my basement, and I was attracted by the price and features of this unit. I was influenced by the reviews I read when I compared it to similar units WalMart offered so I chose this one. I do recommend thoroughly reading all the instructions before operating but it was easy to navigate through the functions of the digital display once I did. After set up it ran really well and was extremely quiet! I wasn't even sure it was on until after about half an hour the whole room warmed up! It maintained the 72 degree temp I set with no trouble. The timed auto feature is helpful, but to me it runs better in continuous mode since it will shut off anyway once the room reaches the set temp. Best thing about this unit is it's light and easy to move around. It delivers a really warm & steady heat quietly and effortlessly. Very good unit for the price, and would recommend it if you're looking to heat a larger area. Just make sure you read the instructions because there are some very helpful operating tips that show you how to get the most out of the unit.
