Small adaptor, requires driver prior to plugin (win)

Requires driver download prior to installation, meaning you need access to internet. And Windows did not automatically install anything, even with a wired connection initially. And my box did not contain any installation media, which should have been included according to the manual. And it needs a good reliable usb port, then it works and keeps a stable connection. It gets a bit hot if pushing it, eg. when copying several Gb of data.
