Amana 48 Pt 1,800 Sq Ft Dehumidifier in White - Adjustable Humidistat, Automatic Shut-off

I really like this humidifier, it's easier to use than my last one (and looks less obtrusive in my house too!) The instructions were clear and concise and included diagrams so you knew exactly what they were talking about. The user panel is actually user-friendly :) I had it up and running in about 5 minutes (including reading the instructions.) I like that it has two fan speeds, so when you want it quieter (like at night) you have that option. My favorite thing is that it beeps when the bucket is full; the last one I had just had a little light that went on, so until you noticed that it had stopped running and went to look at the panel, you didn't know the bucket was full. Having the beep is so much easier, one less thing to keep track of! It worked really fast too, faster than my old one did for sure. Also, it has an option where you can get a garden hose and attach it to the back and have the water running directly into a drain, which is kinda cool because then you don't have to empty the bucket at all. The last one I had also had that option, but you had to hook up something inside the humidifier (which was difficult) and then hook up something else on the outside of it as well, so even that is easier with this model. I would definitely recommend it :)

This is a nice dehumidifier. Size seems more compact than others I have looked at. It shuts off when bin is full, has 2 fan speeds, and caster wheels that make it easy to move around from room to room. The noise level is not as bad as I was expecting, comparable to a slight air conditioner hum.
