Don't buy the cheap brand it taste artificial and chalky. This is so much creamier like queso when it's melted versus regular Velveeta it's really not that spicy so I have switched to this for everything little half-and-half and a little water makes it into a great cheese sauce for nachos. Add your jalapeños and what have you in the sauce onions wow highly recommended.
