Very poor quality.
My husband ordered two of the step stools online and upon opening the boxes we found that the plastic footpads on both stools were cracked and broken into pieces, leaving the exposed sharp metal at the bottom of the legs. I called Sam's Club and told them of the problem and was very happy to receive two new replacements the following day! However, when we opened the boxes, once again the plastic leg coverings were cracked and broken!! I will be calling tomorrow to return these stools and get our money back. We will not be ordering these stools again.
