How to Use:
Ensure your foot is thoroughly washed and dried before application.
Peel off the adhesive backing from the foot pad.
Lace the foot pad on the sole of your foot and gently pat until it sticks.

After use, discard the foot pad and wash your foot with a wet towel, wipes or warm water.
