100% Cotton!
I had cancer and was told to wear only cotton underwear but I also have an overactive bladder so I need to wear a pad even though that is not preferable- however, when I found Organyc, I presented them to the Oncologist %26 was VERY happy to know they would be fine to wear because they are 100% cotton! On top of that, they work very well. I am a forever Organyc customer!
