Organic Way Rosehips Fruit Whole (Rosa Canina) Rose Hips fruit contains the seeds of a rose plant. You might have heard about rose hip oil and how it can help you to achieve glowing and youthful skin, as Herbal tea and even smoothen out stretch marks. The rose hip is also a great source of vitamin C that helps to boost your immunity. However, this only applies to the fresh rose hip. The process of drying and storage removes majority of the vitamin C content. That being said, dried rose hips are known to prevent stomach ulcers and irritations, alleviates diarrhoea, constipation and osteoarthritis pain, and improve kidney health. You can get a taste of the rose hip by steeping it in a pot of boiling water. Fresh rose hips should be doubled in portion as compared to the dried variant. Organic Way sources its certified organic ROSE HIPS FRUIT directly from small-scale farm co-ops in Albania. Rose hips can be made into jams, jellies, syrups, and wine too!

Great for making tea. Getting the fruit whole was kind of pointless. There were so many seeds (which you cant eat). Personally, Id recommend the bag of rose hips that have already been deseeded. Its the same price. Much better buy. Same company and everything.
