Excellent!

Very good quality Fiber. It has soluble fiber and more importantly it has insoluble fiber. Easy to swallow. Very fresh and new product. You got to feed your gut microbes. Make sure to drink plenty water 30 mins after you take them so they dont constipate you. With plenty of water these will keep you regular like a clock.
