milk is great, packing not desired

the taste and quality of the milk is great. But I didn't see anywhere in description that this is one GIANT bag of coconut milk. pictures look like maybe tetra boxes inside of shipping box. The problem is how to store only good for so many days after opening. would not purchase again unless separated into smaller amounts.
