They are very fresh and easy to steam as an addition to salads, side dish to meals and to eat as a snack. This produce has been packed and cared for along its journey to the grocery store. Although they are hearty, they are in great condition when you buy them.. will continue to buy while in season.

Great tasting crisp organic asparagus!!

This organic asparagus is very crisp and very healthy looking about all the time and it's the best I've had anywhere even from top-notch five star restaurants this is great stuff! So we usually lightly steam asparagus and then lightly salt it with Himalayan sea salt and pepper it and is the best and you'll never go back to anything else.

My favorite vegetable in the whole world is asparagus. I love fresh asparagus with sesame seeds and grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese and roasted in the oven. It is so good.
