If you do the research youll see this is a perfect administration of ashwaganda. I felt a huge difference in less than three days of starting this supplement. Ashwaganda is an adaptogen that helps alleviate anxiety and depression issues. Ive been on antidepressants for 20 years tried everything there is. This is the best Ive felt in years. Now to be fair full disclosure Im also taking a super mushroom complex (they also sell the mushroom stuff ) which is also an adaptogen that helps relieve anxiety and helps mental focus and immune health. Highly recommend this stuff!
