So Good For You!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, I have been so lax in taking fiber. It literally can be helpful with SO MANY processes in your body from hormones to gut health to kidney health and toxin removal and more. Everybody knows we need fiber but most of us don't eat enough veggies to get what we need. The creator is a kidney failure and transplant recipient who wants to help others and I like buying a brand that has a real purpose and is a labor of love. Acacia fiber is real easy to take...no side effects at all for me. Psyllium husk fiber takes a little getting used to as it can cause gas and bloating if you go overboard and take too much too soon. Best to start gradually and build up, and drink LOTS of water. I'm starting slow with 2 tsp a day, increasing by 1 tsp every week, till I get to the recommended amount as tolerated. The package recommends 2-4 TBSP per day but I would definitely work up to that if I were you. Thats how I'm doing it. I put this in my shakes and push the water, which I need anyway and haven't had much problem. Its tasteless to me in my berry shakes and not gritty as this is all soluble fiber. I'm on a mission to improve my gut and liver and hormones, and this product makes me happy to take. Everybody needs fiber... And its ORGANIC!

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dissolves well in plain water and tasteless which is the best part as I like to drink a glass of water first thing when I wake up. Lately, I’ve been adding this acacia & psyllium husk fiber powder - premium blend for wellness to my morning glass of water and since it has no flavor, it blends nicely to my morning routine. The only difference I notice is the regularity that comes with its use - which is the goal. Great product!

Great in my morning coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This acacia and psyllium husk fiber powder is a good addition to help regulate your body if you need it. The taste is a bit hard to explain. It doesn't taste bad at all, in fact there really is no taste to it, but you can taste something ever so slightly if you're drinking it in plain water. I tried it first in cold water because I didn't want to drink hot water, and the packaging didn't say anything about needing to be in warm liquid to dissolve better. It didn't taste bad, it just didn't dissolve well. I mixed and mixed and mixed and even used a frother to help, but there were still gelatinous clumps that developed and would not dissolve. Getting through the clumps was hard, especially if you do not like certain consistencies. I decided to try it in coffee the next day, which turned out much better. Mixing in the coffee worked well for the most part aside from a few clumps I had to break up with a spoon, but they dissolved quickly after. I couldn't taste the slight "flavor" due to the coffee, and the fiber almost entirely dissolved within a couple minutes of mixing, except for some small remnants at the bottom which was no big deal. The fiber definitely regulates, so be sure to stay hydrated. Didn't cause an upset stomach either. I like it so far and will be trying it in my shakes next.
