Right out of the box it was evident I had purchased a quality product. This is a real tool--not a toy. I had expected a rather crude low quality saw and was pleased with the quality and performance. I bought it for it's light weight and the convenience of not having to start like when using a gas powered saw. It cuts fast and is easy to use. The chain can be removed and or tensioned without the need of tools, thanks to the large knobs. The built in chain sharpener work like a charm.This produce exceeds my expectations!

Great new chain saw. I have an acre of mature to aging trees and didn't want a gas powered saw. Haven't had good experience with them, nor did I want a 20". The 18" fits my needs perfectly. Love the self sharpening feature, too. Works great. Happy to have the new saw.
