This stuff WORKS!!!I puchased the spray on accident. The FOAM is much easier to use and IMO works faster than the spay. But if you suffer from body cramps (drink more water during the day and drink as MUCH as you can WHILE experiencing the cramping) get you some!!!

I suffered from muscle spasms that kept me from being able to stand, put my foot down on the floor. This product has been the most effective and relieving and sustaining my strength to turn over in bed at night to get up out of the chair.
