Since I have all-on-4 implants, I needed to learn how to clean between them, as the zirconium dentures cannot be removed. I found that using cleaning strips is really helpful for getting anything out from around the implants. The fun part was figuring out how to use them. I sat in front of a magnifying mirror and threaded the hard part of the floss under the denture material and onto my gums, then pulled it through. I slid it from one side of one implant to the other side of the adjacent implant and pulled it through again. After a few attempts, during which I accidentally drooled a bit, I practiced until I got the hang of it. Now, it has become much easier, and all it takes is a bit of time and the desire to learn how to do it properly—without drooling too much! LOL.

I have tried many flossing products, from picks, toothpicks, long string, you name it. They are all stuck in a drawer somewhere. This is a winner! It's thick where it needs to be, and provides enough string to hold onto comfortably and efficiently.
