The improvement is not good for me

What has happened to this dental floss? It's gone from a soft dental floss to being like their other ones. It feels like plastic. I want the softer floss back. I very much dislike the “improved” floss. The closer it gets to the end, the more curled it gets. It's hard to judge how much you are pulling out when it springs up in curls. Please, direct me to a softer Oral-B floss if you still have one. If not, why, why, why?

I thought I had ordered the usual Glide dental floss. Instead, I received the new version that Glide decided to produce, and it is horrible. I would like to return all of it because I ordered a lot. I am searching for a new dental floss since this floss tears and is very uncomfortable to use. It stretches and curls and feels like plastic. If you always loved your old Glide dental floss, do not buy this one!
