I have been taking turmeric supplements for many years and this is the first time for me to try the liquid form. The capsules are regular size and it is suggested to take 2 capsules a day. I usually find other brands with black pepper added to enhance absorption, this one is with vitamin D added which I am not sure if it is for the same purpose. 1000mg active ingredient per 2 capsules, similar to the other brands. No strong after taste and I believe liquid form can be faster absorbed by the body than powder form.

I was going through some article and blog how people were getting pain relief by using turmeric/curcumin. Being coming from Asian background turmeric is been widely used in our traditional food. But due to other spices added into it never benefited much so I have decided to take turmeric capsules and i have use Prowise healthcare in the past and still continues to buy some products for my mrs and my other family members. Challenge for me is to go with turmeric powder capsules which is widely sales in a market but I came across Novasol liquid curcumin which prowise was selling and did bit of reseach how good are liquid capsules compare to normal turmeric powder capsules. I have to say yes they will make you feel much better overall my energy level has increase, winter time I feel stiffness mostly from August till end of February but i didn’t had any symptoms at all. This liquid capsules works much more powerful ones out it was a no brainer trying them out. After my 1st pack is been finish I am planning for Subscribe and Save so don’t have to keep on re-ordering.

I have been taking turmeric capsules with black pepper from another supplier but there was still hint of joint pain and wanted to use better version of turmeric as i wanted to avoid pain killers and nasty paracetamol which has cause side effects. New liqcaps was more appealing to me due to product claims of 185 times more bioavailable. I have pain in my toe throughout whole year but in winter it gets worst and was looking for permanent solution rather then temporary pain killers which has cause me stomach upset. Till now i had very positive response as pain seems to be negligible since i have started taking this amazing capsules. I am following 2 capsules dosage rather then 1 as per instructions on label very happy with product quality. Thumbs up to new liquid turmeric and will order regularly
