I bought this for my dog who has tumor on ribcage and enlarged spleen. These are a chewable, very easy to use, I just throw it in her food. The tumor has shrunk by 50%, and her energy is great. I give her other things, but J feel like this "supercharged" her regimen. Very happy with this product.
