Just got this in the mail today. Just what I expected. I have searched all over for a good quality butcher knife and found no one that carried one until I found Lehman's. It arrived well packaged as all Lehman's shipments do, with a good edge on the blade. Everyone that has seen the knife guesses the price to be over $50.00 and don't believe it is under $10.00 until I show them the invoice. I plan on getting a few more of these soon. I would recommend these to anyone.

These knives hold a very
These knives hold a very sharp edge longer than any knife I have. My Old Hickory chef's knife is absolutely wonderful. I have been using it for years. Just keep it dry, sharpen it now and then, and keep it in a knife block; it will last a couple of lifetimes. Don't be afraid of the rust factor - just keep it dry. It's not a big deal at all. I love these knives.
