it's not the gummy type but sure as heck works the same maybe even better. I was afraid if I got the gummy type I'd overdose (Just Saying) because I love candy and anything that taste like candy so I probably would just eat one every 2 minutes lol (That's Just Me) but anyways this product works and I feel a definitely feel a difference between when I didn't use to take it and now that I do take it. it just might work best for you too.

As a child, my brother and I took the original One-a-Day's from pre-school through graduation. Now, as a mature woman, I'd been noticing that my energy levels were beginning to lag...plus my PCP said I was slightly anemic. I came straight to the Women's Formula of One-a-Day Supplements and, once confirming they gave 100% of so many vitamins and minerals (especially the B vitamins and iron), I purchased a bottle. Very pleased. It's been about two weeks and I can actually feel a difference already! They have no bad tasting coating and I find them easy to swallow (in fact, I've taken antibiotics that were larger). From some of the reviews I've read, it appears some folks find them too large to swallow. If so, use a pill splitter and take 1/2 at a time.
