These are good for a keto diet. I'm on weight watchers, and this is a low-pointer tortilla. Yet the taste is good, not dull like other low-carb tortillas. Thick enough to wrap up without tearing. I like the flavored varieties to add more taste to a tortilla. This stays on my grocery wish list.

I have been eating these and the zero carb street taco wraps instead if bread for years. In the two and a half years I've done this my A1c has gone down from a12.4 to. 6.8. Granted we did also change my medication a little but I believe these helped me also.
