It doesn't come with assembly instructions and it would have been easier if I'd screwed in the hooks first. The cross bars which hold the hooks don't fit tight;y into the frame and I may change out the screws with longer ones for better stability It freed up shelf space and fit nicely on the countertop so I'm overall happy with it.
