Verified Purchase

Misleading number of files

The actual file holder itself is great. It's clear and it came with padded stickers and screws to mount it. The problem is the picture shows 2 holders and in the name it says "saving fileS" plural. I looked to see if there was an "number of items" before I ordered,; there was not. Therefore, I assumed there would be two per order since the picture shows two and the description/title reads files with an "S." I was disappointed to pay this price for only one when I needed more than one and could have purchased three together resulting in a cheaper price per each.

Beware: You Don't Get Most of What is Pictured

I needed a set of 3 hanging wall files for my new office, and this seemed like exactly what I was looking for... based on the picture. Even the name of the item says Space-Saving FileSSSS i.e. plural. Well what you really get is JUST ONE of the 3 The one file bin makes it so that the price is no longer as much as a super bargain as you thought it was. At least Wal-Mart refunded the cost of my purchase after I complained.

absolutely NOT what is pictured

Officemate Wall Mountable Space-Saving Files - "files" means more than 1 and there is only one in the box - title of item AND pictures do not fairly represent what is being sold. Also, the files are pictured as being hung over a partition, which is what I need. The black strips pictured are not included - only screws. This is not at all what I wanted and will be returned!
