manufactured defected or something
I actually thought that because of where this tape was coming from that it would be good tape but it's not it doesn't stick worth nothing and you can actually pull it off of the envelope no problem. Don't know if i just was sent manufactured defected tape or if this is how it is all the time. I trashed it.
