Microwave - From Frozen - Remove unopened package of sandwiches from carton and place in microwave. Microwave on High for the time indicated on the chart, until hot:. Sandwiches: 2, Frozen: 45 seconds, Refrigerated: 30 seconds. Sandwiches: 4, Frozen: 1 minute 20 seconds, Refrigerated: 55 seconds. The package may pop open during heating; this is normal. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving. Handle carefully; They're hot! Remove from package and enjoy! Oven cook - From Chilled - Conventional Oven (Refrigerated Only). I recently moved and all my items did not make the move and so I bought this dish. It comes with a plastic lid which of course can not be used in oven. My only problem with it is that I did not expect it would be so heavy. I am a senior citizen in a wheelchair and heavy is no longer in my program. But I have used it a couple of times for making baked beans and was very pleased with the results.
