Defective product

This inflatable pillow arrived defective out of the box. It has two holes and is not able to hold air. I will ask for a refund or a replacement that has been verified to be functional.

Useless, goes flat very quickly

This is the second one I bought. The first was fine, so I bought a second one, but the second one will not hold air and deflates quickly. I need to elevate my legs all night and this one is completely flat by morning. Very disappointed!!!
