Seems to work well and is very nice but lacks the unpacking item present with Susie garlic press I had back in the 80s and 90s that would unpack a loaded press from the inside out using a red plastic kind of doohickey that would force the crushed garlic out of the holes... Otherwise a very convenient item with a very nice handle!
