This is able to cut and serve small, evenly sized pieces. It is nice that it is able to go into the dishwasher, unlike a wooden handled one that I have had for many, many years. I can always rely upon Oxo's good quality and well designed products.

i have gotten away from all non-stick frying pans. (after seeing the movie 'dark waters'. where dupont tfax surface is dangerous/poison. (per the time it started making it) It still does not stay put, so what am i eating? this is great for stainless pans
