Solid wood as advertised!
I love this bed. It is quite lovely. I paid for assembly and it took him two days to finish. The instructions have so many possible configurations and that was confusing. Somehow I ended up with four drawers instead of six. The drawers are quite roomy. Overall I am satisfied.
