Delicious and calming!
Organic India makes high quality, great tasting herbal teas. Tulsi or Holy Basil as it is called is considered a Rasayana or "holy herb" of Ayurvedic medicine. With the Lemon and Ginger included this a mild, calming, delicious tea. I drink this often and appreciate the benefits.
