Ok if you eat 4 at a time is that ok?

So, I am trying to cut back and bought these. However, one is a tease. 2 makes you want more and if you eat 3 or more at a time…you feel like you ate a double stuff. So…not sure they are for me. But, they were delicious! My dentist thanks you.
