I hadn't had nails in a long time so I thought I would give it a try. I was so blown away with the results! My nails grew quickly and so hard I couldn't break them. They got so long I needed to trim them down but my finger nail file just wasn't doing it. So I had to order a different kind of file. This stuff really works!
