Really great to hang up pictures

I don't know if it came with it or not because the box says does not include accessories, but the picture shows handles on the filing cabinet and our did not come with handles. So we will I just have to go buy some which means the value of the following cabinet was not good because handles can be anywhere from $10-$20.
