excellent quality muahroom with a great robhst flavor. i rinsed and then hydrated for about 10 - 15 min %26 they cooked up great. the bag is very large (though the mushrooms themselves are a bit on the smaller side) and the bag is resealable! which i found very exciting as i wasnt sure how i was going to store them otherwise. if you are looking to stock up on shitake mushrooms i 100% recommend this brand %26 seller - best value for the money on the market and great quality!

Great for ground mushrooms!
As a new Vegan, I am using ground mushrooms in recipes and I have always hated mushrooms to eat. This package of dried mushrooms were fabulous.
