It really works!

WOW, it REALLY WORKED! I have thinning hair due to a hairdresser's error that killed my roots, and old age. And, of course, it's right in the front, for everyone to notice? I asked my sister-in-Law, who's a hairdresser, if she had any idea of what I could do. She suggested. I get a thickening shampoo. So, I did so surfing on the web, trying to find the best. Of course, "the best" was WAY too expensive for me, so I went down the line. I found this. I truly doubted it would work, but it did! I'm amazed! If you have thinning hair, and a thinning wallet, give this a try. I think that you, too, will be VERY pleased! Yippee!

You once had the perfect cosmetic Unicorn.

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now đź‘Ť That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry. You created a rare thing - the perfect cosmetic unicorn. Then shot it!!! Why!?! Please read your once loyal customer base RECENT reviews, we need the option of the old formula returning

Not satisfied

My hair doesn't feel moisturized and nourished after using the biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. It actually feels somewhat dry and brittle. I have to use an additional spray, leave in conditioner to comb through my hair more easily. I purchased the large bottles as I've used several OGX shampoos and conditioners with satisfying results. I'm going to return these.
