Closer to a balm almost, it feels expensive)then wash my face about 2-3min then rinse OGX off. With cool to close the cuticles. I dont style my hair color or blow-dry. My hair is fairly not frizzy. Tendrils most.wavy. I'm satisfied enough to be loyal to brand. I like keratin too
