I cannot recommend this bracelet enough enough. It gives me the support that I drastically need right now. Yes it still hurts but at least I can walk. My knees are bone on bone right now and will have to have surgery. But until that time comes thank you for this product. I love the fact that you can adjust it through the day. My legs have a tendency to swell so I can easily loosen up.
