Switched my 2 older seniors to this kibble as all other brands are heavily loaded with grains(dogs are carnivores not livestock) plus the chemical dyes/ sodium that is a health downfall.. they do very well on this food and hold their weight well being the ages they are and size ( large breeds) . My only issue would be the price but its a better quality food.

My Golden Retriever, Annie has been eating Nutro since she was six weeks old. Starting with Puppy, then large breed weight management, for a brief period on Lite, and the last few years on Large Breed Senior. She will be 15 in May and other than some hip problems is in great health for her age and size ( 87lbs) I would recommend this food to all dog owners as providing a well balanced diet with all the required nutrition for maximum well being.
